Access to our proprietary analytics platforms is granted on a non-exclusive, revocable basis. Users are expected to maintain the highest standards of security regarding their credentials and data inputs.
Every visualization, data model, and code snippet within the Levant Market Flow environment remains the property of the company. We grant no implied rights beyond the specific subscription tier purchased. Any customization developed for a specific client remains our intellectual property unless explicitly stated in a signed supplementary Statement of Work (SOW).
The accuracy of our analytics platforms depends on the quality of the data flow provided by the user. Levant Market Flow is not responsible for business decisions made based on corrupted, incomplete, or inaccurate data injected into our system from third-party sources or manual entry.

We strive for a 99.9% uptime for all data automation services. We guarantee the secure encryption of all data-at-rest within our Istanbul-based cloud infrastructure, ensuring compliance with local KVKK standards.
Interruptions caused by third-party API provider outages or local infrastructure failures in the user's region are outside our direct control and do not constitute a breach of our uptime commitments.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our analytics platforms, including loss of profit or project delays caused by misinterpretation of data trends.
Dispute resolution and governing law aren't just legal necessities; they are the protocol for our long-term reliability.
All terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of Istanbul.
We require a mandatory 30-day informal mediation period via our legal desk before any formal arbitration proceedings are initiated.
As the landscape of data automation evolves, we reserve the right to update these terms. Notified changes go into effect 72 hours after publication.
Levant Market Flow reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our analytics platforms immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the application, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Fees for our workflow intelligence services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. Failure to process payment results in an immediate downgrade to a read-only state for a period of 7 days before total account suspension occurs.
